Noodles with shiitake

My first cooking sharing session began. The final taste was really delicious and tasty. Mom said, "It's quite hard to make this dish not taste good…"
【 Ingredients

1. Scallion oil mixed noodles
2. Assorted shiitake mushrooms (in sauce, to show that I'm a genius chef, I just wanted to give it a try)
   1 egg, 3 okra, a little scallion (because I'm not happy to go out and buy them)
   【 Method 】
   The first thing to handle was the shiitake mushrooms. They were sliced and cut into flowers. It was really fun. My mom said beside me, "When I eat your noodles, I'll be so hungry that I'll faint."
3. Blanch the okra first, then cut it into small cubes and set it aside. It is nutritious and healthy.
4. Prepare the sauce: 1 tablespoon each of pork rib sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sugar. It's simple. Mix well and add the sliced mushrooms to marinate for 10 minutes. Fry it in the pan until cooked, and finally thicken it with the prepared sweet potato starch.
   When cooking the noodles, put them in the water as soon as it boils. Don't add any sauce. Cook the noodles for 35 minutes according to your taste. I made super soft noodles because I went to use the air conditioner.
   The previously prepared sauce of shiitake mushrooms, okra and poached eggs was placed on top. The sauce of shiitake mushrooms and the noodles were simply a perfect match. The delicious mushrooms and the fragrant mixed noodles made my parents clear the plate directly. My dad told me directly that there wasn't enough noodles and asked me to cook more. So I bought a pack of noodles, which had five servings. It was still enough.
   As for the taste, there's no need to introduce it much, right? My first attempt at cooking was a success! 🤗

   My family has a light taste and the sauce wasn't fully added. If you prefer a stronger flavor, you can add more. The scallion oil is so fragrant that you definitely won't be careless.

If it's just for satisfying your craving on a regular basis, you can directly serve the mixed noodles. After all, I'm a person with high standards.
